Nice hotel, front desk receptionists were friendly... we were briffed in detail regarding the facilities in the rooms

About the hotel:
I came in the evening the 5th February to the hotel.I became very surprised that nobody knew about the e-mail I had sent the 25th January,asking for help with sightseeing. In the morning 0600 6th Feruary I met a very nice man in the reception who helped me to arange my sightseeing with a very good guide sa.lahu.As I told the man in the reception You saved my live I wanted to have cheese and yoghurt to my breakfest.It was not possible.I had to go outside the hotel to get it. I missed a safety box in the room Yors faitfully Ragnar Zethelius

Hotel muy bien situado en pleno centro de Chiang May relativamente cerca de los mercados y del night basar. El servicio fue amable y los desayunos correctos. No se trata de un hotel lujoso pero es muy recomendable y tranquilo.

El servicio de booking fue complicado en el sentido que tuve que hacer el pago en 2 veces. Hubiera preferido hacerlo en una vez.

I find the price is a little bit too high. But the staffs are very nice, friendly and helpful, except the key-card which I had to update the card everyday. I did not understand why! as my booking was 25-12-09 to 28-12-09.

Hotel was centrally located to town. Good buffet breakfast. Hotel staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms were clean and AC worked and was needed given the hot humid weather. English was a bit limited and staff always willing to bring additional help to figure it out.

This is the second time we have stayed at Wangcome Hotel and find it to be a very clean hotel. The staff are friendly and very obliging. Rooms are well furnished and clean. Breakfast could have a few additions to its Menu. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
