About the hotel:
On our arrival we were welcomed by the friendly staff. We booked a premier room and the hotel placed us in the new building. The room was quite small but that was not the biggest problem., the ongoing construction, drilling made us decide not to stay in the new building and ask for a room in the old building. However we were downgraded to a standard room it was much more cosy and quiet. We highly recommend travellers to make sure the construction of the new building has completely finished before making a booking.
The swimming pool was okay, however why the pool guy decided to clean the sandstone terrace with a high pressure water pump while we were enjoying our time at the pool still remains a mystery.
The food in the hotel s restaurant is good and tasty. For breakfast we need to go to the new building where they have a wide selection of mainly Asian dishes. For a western breakfast the variety is rather small., don t expect cheese or ham with your sandwich.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
One more remark I would like to make is that the hotel is very keen on hosting seminars. The people attending these seminars are usually on a company trip and will have parties until late night. They are usually pretty noisy and we couldn t sleep until the parties ended at 01:00 AM.
Personally we would not choose this hotel again if we visit Pak Chong / Khao Yai again., pricewise it is also expensive for what you are getting.

About the hotel:
The hotel was exellent. great value for money, but there is still some small things remaining. There are no chairs at the room balcony and the is no hotel directory in the room.
The breakfest is superd, but dinner is better and less expensive outside the hotel. pool area is nice, but they are also building another pool close to the new rooms.
remeber that premier room ar new rooms in a new building.

About the hotel:
We had a Dewdrop room over a long weekend. The room looked new and clean, but was of low quality, e.g. cheap furniture. Bedding was good, e.g. not the American blanket and sheet style, but closed covers. The big rain shower did not work, there was also a bad smell in the bathroom, it looked also not quite ready. The Dewdrop rooms are a bit more expensive. The reason, as we found out, is only the balcony in front of it. But this balcony is looking towards a public plaza (2nd floor), has no shadow, and just a cement bench to sit on. The other cheaper rooms have partly a better view, size inside is the same. I would recommend to avoid the Dewdrop rooms.
The breakfast room cafe on the green has the charme of a factory canteen. You have to fight for your seats and the food. The employees can not cope with masses pushing through this feeding machine. What a nice start of the day!
The activity area has some nice attractions, e.g climbing, go cart, bowling, laser gun. riding, etc. Employees here seem not to like their job and they let you feel it. There is hardly a smile.
Anyway, the activity area can be visited without being a guest at the greenery. This is would I would recommend, there are many other places around. I would not return.
About the reservation service:
